Update - Through our collaboration with Microsoft, we successfully pinpointed the issue, and Microsoft swiftly implemented a solution within their environment. For reference, the Microsoft Issue ID is SP791794. Further details can be accessed via the M365 Admin Center, specifically within the Service Health dashboard under the "Issue History" section. Rest assured, we are diligently monitoring for any potential future issues.
